Returns Policy

LULUEYE  offers a generous return policy if for any reason you are not happy with your order(s), you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return the merchandise. Once your package will be received at our warehouse we will issue a refund for the value of the merchandise you sent back to us. Please note that it could take up to 5 weeks after the day you shipped the merchandise back to us before the refund will hit your credit/debit card. 

RETURNS (IF APPLICABLE)>>

• The product and all accompanying manuals or labels must be returned to its original packaging.
• Certain returns will be processed in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty or return policy.
• Quality problems or logistics damage: Provide photos or videos to illustrate the product's problems, and contact customer service to obtain a return form.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

• We do not accept returns that meet the following conditions:
• Product exclusions and restrictions
• The following items cannot be returned:
• Items that are washed, worn, used or abused.
• If the factory label is damaged after opening the box, the item will not be returned.
• If you have questions or concerns about a specific product, please contact us.

HOW TO RETURN>>

• All returns must be authorized by the
• LULUEYE team through the service center. Items returned by customers themselves are not authorized to be returned and will not be processed.
• 1. Send an email to our service center via service@lulueye.com and carefully follow our return process to minimize delays.
• 2. Describe the problem of your item in detail: including your order number and order date.
• 3. Tell us what steps you took to resolve this issue
• 4. Send clear photos or videos to show the problem; these should be shot in good light.
• 5. Obtain our mail return permission, and return the goods with the contact information in the mail as the recipient information.

NOTE

• Ideally, photos/videos should be clear and focused in advance to provide all the above information.

RETURN ADDRESS:

• Based on your order address, we will provide a nearby address to support delivery. You need to pay attention to customer service emails.

EXCHANGE:

• The fastest way to ensure that you get what you need is to return it. After accepting the return, please purchase the new product separately.

RETURN SHIPPING FEE:

• You can use your convenient logistics method to return the items to us, but you need to bear the freight for the return. The address we provide is in your country.

REFUND METHOD AND TIME:

• All payments will be returned to the original payment method.
• Refunds are generally processed within thirty days from LULUEYE CN’s receipt of the returned products; this timing may vary depending on Client’s financial institution. Refunds will be made using the same method of payment used for the purchase of the products, unless it is expressly agreed otherwise.
