Shipping Range
We currently ship to North America, Canada, UK & Italy, Australia, EU and many other countries around the world.
Shipment Schedule
- Orders will be processed within 2 business days. Once processed, parcel will be sent to carriers.
- Tracking status may not be synced real-time, as it will only be updated once the parcel arrives in destination country (~7 business days after order confirmation).
- The shipping time is up to multiple factors like handling time of local postal services and other factors like customs clearance, bad weather etc.
- Standard Delivery time: 8-12 days

- Due to the holiday, the delivery of the order is delayed, please understand. The order from January 18th to January 28th will be sent out on January 29th

Wrong Information
- If you have left a wrong shipping address, name, or contact information, please contact our customer service within 2 hours.
